Sheet laser cutting

DIVISIONS OF MATERIALS BY (SAW)

We offer division of materials
(tubes, rods, profiles up to Ø 330 mm)

Materials are cut with the format and circular saws. Saw cutting is used for division of tubes, rods or profiles to exact lengths with some or none tolerance left. We offer cutting tubes, rods, profiles up to Ø 330 mm. Additionally, we use the laser machines for shape-cutting of sheets and plates. We can arrange cutting rods, tubes and profiles up to Ø 330 mm for a day of precise dividing cutting of saws.

DIVISIONS OF MATERIALS BY (LASER)

We offer laser cutting materials up to 4 000 mm

Cutting shapes by laser (laser cutting or burning) is a modern technology, which divides the metallic and non-metallic materials. We offer the laser cutting process for metals with dimensions up to 4 000 mm. After laser cutting, we offer straightening, sandblasting, deburring of components or grinding.

Accuracy

We offer precise and complex laser cutting of sheet metals. We fulfill high demands of customers.

Fast

Burning speed reaches 25 m/min. This method is ideal and profitable for small series production.

Contact-free process

We use a contact-free process. There is no contact between the material and laser machine. There is no deformity of the workpiece by cutting.

Various materials

Lasers work best on materials such as steel, aluminium, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals up to 20 mm material thickness.

Quality result

Laser cutting is a precise method. After laser cutting, there is no need for further machining parts.

ASPECTS OF TECHNOLOGICAL APPROACH

Laser cutting process:

Laser cutting is a non-contact process, which uses a laser to cut materials. Initially, the beam pierces the material with a hole at the edge, and then the beam is continued along from there. The laser melts the material away that it is run over, so is more like melting than cutting. The focused laser beam is directed at the material, which then either melts, burns, vaporizes away, or is blown away by a jet of gas, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish. The cutting process is detailed, smooth, without heating and pressure on the cut material.
