OUR PRIORITY

Continuous quality improvement (CQI)

One of the main priorities and aims of the company is to continually improve the quality of manufactured parts, and this priority is included in the quality policy of our company and is the cornerstone of our quality management system awarded the certificate of quality EN ISO 9001:2008.

Qualities of manufactured products are ensured by:

• self – controlling and random checks during the manufacturing process,
• checking parts after receipt from partners,
• checking parts prior to dispatch.

Regular controls of a measurement process

All instruments used in our company are regularly checked and calibrated with the business’ internal measurement standards, whose calibration performs by an externally accredited calibration laboratory in accordance with national standards. All gauges mark a calibration label.

SERVICE

External measurement

The external measurement service is secure in our own production premises and by our highly skilled employees, who have many years of experience. All our instruments for external measurement are regularly checked and calibrated to national standards.

INTERNAL MEASUREMENTS

Measuring instruments:

• common workshop measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, inside calipers and others),
• apparatus for measuring surface roughness,
• apparatus for measuring the hardness of materials,
• apparatus for coating thickness measurements,
• mobile measuring arm with a measuring range of 2500 mm and an accuracy of ± 0,034 mm,
• CNC coordinate  measuring machine with a measuring range of 1 200 x 3 000 x 1 000 mm and a measurement accuracy of MPEE=(2.3 + 3.0*L/1000) µm,

• measuring the quality of adhesion of sprayed paint.

EXTERNAL MEASUREMENTS

Measuring instruments:

• common workshop measuring instruments,
• mobile measuring arm with a measuring range of 2 500 mm and an accuracy of ± 0.034 mm,
• CNC coordinate  measuring machine with a measuring range of 1 200 x 3 000 x 1 000 mm and a measurement accuracy of MPEE=(2.3 + 3.0*L/1000) µm,
• apparatus for coating thickness measurements and the quality of adhesion of sprayed paint,
• apparatus for measuring surface roughness.
