SOLARBOX
Complete solar system designed for hot household water heating including a built-in 120 litres stainless steel boiler.
Direct water heating with no need of heat exchanger increases efficiency of whole solar system.
For this unique solution no other control unit, heat probes, expandomat nor anti-freeze fluid is needed. Very simple „ hobby " assembly of whole system can be done as DIY without any bigger interference to original water heating. Kit form system is allowing to join individual modules and that way is creating bigger units. SOLARBOX is simply to be connected to conduction of cold water and outflow of hot water is to be connected to existing system (boiler, heater and so on). In summer there could be up to 100 % of energy needed for water heating saved this way and in winter in case of lack of sunshine preheated water will get heated up in original existing system. For production of SOLARBOX there were used special technologies and durable materials such as polycarbon, stainless steel, ABS, aluminium, polyuretan and so on, which ensure its high efficiency and duration. Due to excellent thermal insulation SOLARBOX is well protected against freezing in winter. At its installation those parts of water systems, which would be exposed to freeze, have to be insulated. In case of no longer use of this solar system in winter (e.g. cottages, seasonal operation and so on) it is suitable for whole system at winter to be simply emptied or secured by eletric resistant protection of pipe against freezing.
